Activities



The National Romanian Entrepreneurship runs the following activities:

♦ takes part in the tripartite social dialogue (Government – Employers – Syndicates), in the existent legal and institutional frame; ♦ appoints, under the law, the representatives to negotiate and sign the collective labor contracts, to other parleys and agreements in the relations with the public authorities and the syndicates, as well as in the leading and social dialogue tripartite structures; ♦ provides assistance and lobby for supporting the promotion of some regulations that interest its members; ♦ organizes manifestations and programs of technical-scientific and/or cultural type (conferences, seminars, symposiums, clubs, exhibitions, debates, round tables, dialogues etc.) on themes of interest for the employers activity; ♦ collects, processes and spreads information of interest, regarding: ▪ the economic, financial-banking and currency, fiscal, commercial, customs legislation and politics of the Romanian state and those of other states whose markets present interest for the employers; ▪ the market’s orientation and tendencies; ▪ social, cultural and institutional orientations and tendencies, both internal and international, that could influence the economic and entrepreneurs environment; ▪ the theory and practice of management, under the market economy conditions; ▪ the development of human resources etc.; ♦ facilitates obtaining some services for the benefit of its members, including by involving specialized institutions, in the fields of consultancy, computerize, studies of marketing and feasibility, assistance of interest in substantiating the decisions, expertise, trainings, legal assistance and for using the computer systems etc.; ♦ supports the collaboration with similar legal persons from inside and outside the country, as well as the promotion of commercial practices corresponding to the employers interests on various markets; ♦ organizes exchanges of information and publications, exchanging expertise, attending exhibitions, fairs etc. ♦ organizes and facilitates business contacts and visits between the employers and people or legal persons from inside and outside the country; ♦ establishes relations of collaboration or affiliation to similar organisms or associations from other countries; ♦ elaborates studies, analysis and social-economic measures packages of proposals, that it promotes through social dialogue and all the democratic and legal means that are at the disposal of the employers; ♦ mediates relations with organizations and structures of the civil society, with the media etc.; ♦ awards distinctions, virtue diplomas and other forms of highlighting the kudos of some people or legal persons, from inside and outside the country, who contributed to developing and supporting the economic, social-political and cultural environments; ♦ initiates, unreels and/or supports philanthropic and charitable activities.
